Platform: During the event and during the on-demand period, your profile information including name, title, company might be visible in the online platform. When you agree to share your contact information with another delegate or attend a sponsored content session via the online event platform, you consent to share your details (Name, Title, Company, Company General Telephone Number, Email) with the individual you are sharing your information with, or the company owning the sponsored content, and to be contacted by that partner for pre-event preparation, event execution, post event evaluation or marketing promotions. The Partner is obliged to fulfil the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) (“GDPR”) standards and provide opt out option when sending an email to you. You are welcome to cancel your provided consent at any time before the event takes place by emailing us on privacy@hyperight.com.
Onsite Presence - during the event, a badge consisting of your name, title, company and QR code containing your email used in your registration, might be printed for identification and networking purposes. During the event, Hyperight dedicated event staff might scan you badge when entering breakout rooms, roundtable sitting or any other areas for event operation purposes. If you allow a delegate or the Partner to scan your badge, you consent to share your details (Name, Title, Company, Company General Telephone Number, Email) with them and to be potentially contacted by them during and after the event for event preparation, event execution, post event evaluation and marketing promotions.
