For onsite events - during the event, a badge consisting your name, title, company and QR code containing your email used in your registration, might be printed for identification and networking purposes. During the event, Hyperight dedicated event staff might scan you badge when entering breakoutrooms or any other areas for event operation purposes. If you allow a delegate or an exhibitor to scan your badge, you consent to share your details (Name, Title, Company, Company General Telephone Number, Email) with them and to be contacted by them during and after the event for event preparation, event execution, post event evaluation and marketing promotions. For virtual (online) event - during the event and during the on-demand period, your profile information including name, title, company might be visible in the online platform.
